Andrew M. Lim rejoined Financial Services as a Partner in 1993, having been there as an Associate in 1988/89 before spending time as an investment banker. He has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, domestic and regional joint ventures, schemes of arrangements, reconstruction and amalgamation, capital reductions and restructuring, financial institutions regulation and general corporate and commercial law.
Andrew was called to the Singapore Bar in 1986. He is a member of the International Bar Association and the Inter-Pacific Bar Association. He was previously the Chairman of the Corporate Practice Committee of the Law Society of Singapore and Vice Chair of the Cross Border Investments Committee of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association.
