Christian represents investment and commercial banks, private equity and sovereign funds and strategic corporate clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity transactions, and frequently speaks and conducts training on his areas of practice.
Christian graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LLB (Hons) degree in 1999. He was called to the Singapore Bar in 2000 and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors England and Wales in 2002. Christian also holds an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College, where he was awarded the Babson Fellowship. He was also awarded the Ethics Award by the Singapore Medical Association, and the Tun Salleh Award by the American Universities Alumni of Malaysia.
Christian has been a Legal Case Studies Instructor at the NUS Law School since 2006.
