involvement in the establishment of Frasers Centrepoint Trust, a property unit trust listed on the Singapore Exchange, and its acquisition of three retail shopping malls in Singapore with an acquisition value of over S$900 million;

involvement in the establishment of Mapletree Logistics Trust, a property unit trust listed on the Singapore Exchange in July 2005, and its acquisition of fifteen logistics and warehouse buildings in Singapore with an acquisition value of over S$400 million;

acted for BFC Development Pte Ltd (a Keppel Land/Hongkong Land/Cheung Kong joint venture company) in the lease of 24 floors in Tower 1 of Marina Bay Financial Centre to Standard Chartered Bank. The leased premises is the largest in the bank's worldwide office network;

acted for Central Boulevard Development Pte Ltd (a Keppel Land/Hongkong Land/Cheung Kong joint venture) in the major anchor tenant lease of 22 floors in Tower 3 of Marina Bay Financial Centre to DBS Bank. The leased premises will be the bank’s new global headquarters. This transaction represents the largest commercial leasing transaction in Singapore to date;

acted for CapitaCommercial Trust in its acquisition of a 23-storey grade A office building known as One George Street at a value of S$1.17 billion; and

acted for CapitaMall Trust in its acquisition of a grade A office building known as The Atrium@Orchard from the Singapore Government acting through its agent, the Singapore Land Authority, at a value of S$839.8 million.
