Lee Kee Yeng is a Partner in Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions. Her areas of practice encompass mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and corporate advisory work for financial institutions and public companies listed on the SGX-ST. She is also actively involved in the listing of structured warrants programmes on the SGX-ST.

Her recent transaction experience include advising:
 
•

Khazanah Nasional Berhad, on its takeover offer for Parkway Holdings Limited;
•

Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited (Temasek), on the sale of its stake in Fraser and Neave, Limited to Kirin Holdings;
•

Noble Group Limited on its placement of shares to China Investment Corporation;
•

BlackRock, Inc., on the Singapore law aspects of its acquisition of Barclays Global Investors;
•

Temasek on the sale of Tuas Power Ltd, Senoko Power Limited and PowerSeraya Limited, three of Temasek’s power generaration companies sold under its divestment plan; and
•

Merrill Lynch & Co, Inc and Bank of America Corporation, on the Singapore regulatory aspects of the merger of Merrill Lynch & Co, Inc with Bank of America Corporation.

Kee Yeng graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LLB (Hons) degree and holds a BCL from the University of Oxford. Prior to joining the Firm, she served as a Justices’ Law Clerk and as an Assistant Registrar with the Supreme Court of Singapore.
