After graduating from the National University of Singapore with an LLB (Hons) degree in 2001, Magdalene joined Allen & Gledhill and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2002.
In 2005, Magdalene joined the London office of Linklaters, where she practised in the fields of international capital markets, specialising in convertible bonds, exchangeable bonds and other equity-linked products.
On her return from London, Magdalene rejoined the firm in 2008. In addition to being an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore, she is admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England & Wales.
