Andrew M. Lim is Co-Head of Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions. He has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, domestic and regional joint ventures, schemes of arrangements, reconstruction and amalgamation, capital reductions and restructuring, financial institutions regulation and general corporate and commercial law.

Andrew was called to the Singapore Bar in 1986. He was an Associate with the Firm in 1988/89 before spending time as an investment banker. He rejoined the Firm in 1993 as a Partner.

Andrew serves on the Board of Trustees of the National University of Singapore, and on the board of the Council for Private Education of Singapore, a statutory board. He is also a Director of SIA Engineering Company Limited and Jurong Engineering Limited.

He is cited for his expertise in various publications including IFLR 1000, Chambers Global, Chambers Asia, PLC Cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions Handbook, PLC Which Lawyer? Yearbook, Who’s Who Legal Singapore and The International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers.
