Loong Tse Chuan is a Partner in Litigation & Dispute Resolution. His practice encompasses corporate litigation (such as shareholders’ disputes, claims in respect of breaches of directors’ duties and contractual claims), banking litigation and property disputes.

Some clients which Tse Chuan has represented and advised include:
 
•

a major local bank in a dispute with a customer over alleged unauthorised transactions;
•

an investment bank in a claim for misrepresentation in relation to derivatives contracts;
•

acting for a shareholder in a family-owned conglomerate in defending a claim for oppression by a minority shareholder; and
•

acting for a listed company in a dispute with a foreign joint venture partner.

Tse Chuan graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LLB (Hons) degree in 2001. He joined Allen & Gledhill after being called to the Singapore Bar in 2002.
