Low Pei Lin is a Partner in Intellectual Property & Technology and is a member of the IP Protection and Management Group.
Pei Lin is a Singapore Registered Patent Agent, and holds the Federation Internationale des Conseils en Propriete Industrielle (FICPI) South East Asia Patent Drafting certification.
She has over 10 years of experience in IP protection, portfolio and rights management. Her specialisation is in the filing and prosecution of patents, trade marks and designs, as well as the overall management and coordination of their intellectual property portfolios in Singapore and worldwide.
She handles contentious opposition matters and removal actions in respect of patents and trade marks and is also involved in the preparation and review of IP documentation, such as licensing agreements, transfer of technology agreements, franchising as well as the transfer of IP assets.
Pei Lin graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LLB (Hons) degree in 1996 and joined Allen & Gledhill after being called to the Singapore Bar in 1997.
