advising a multinational corporation in the industrial and automotive belt and hose industry on the Singapore legal issues and joint venture documentation relating to its ongoing joint venture operations in Singapore;

advising a multinational corporation in the glass container industry on the reconstruction and rationalisation of its Singapore operations;

advising a major multinational corporation engaged in the food packaging business on the reconstruction of its regional operations;

advising a major US multinational entertainment corporation on its joint venture satellite broadcasting operations in Singapore and India;

acting for two US multinational entertainment/film distribution companies on their joint venture film distribution operations; and

advising various listed companies on various corporate exercises, such as the implementation of share option schemes, interested person transactions, share issue mandates, etc.
