advising a multinational corporation in the glass container industry on the reconstruction and rationalisation of its Singapore operations;

advising a major multinational corporation engaged in the food packaging business on the reconstruction of its regional operations;

advising a major multinational entertainment corporation on its joint venture satellite broadcasting operations in Singapore and India;

acting for two multinational entertainment/film distribution companies on their joint venture film distribution operations; and
