Patricia Seet has been a Partner in Corporate & Commercial since 1991. Patricia specialises in mergers and acquisitions of shares and businesses, private equity investment, local and regional joint ventures, reconstruction schemes, corporate governance and compliance, and company administration of private companies. She provides general corporate advice to companies across a wide spectrum of industries and also advises on a broad range of commercial transactions as well as on immigration and employment law issues.
Patricia serves on the board of a number of private companies, acts as company secretary to various private companies and also acts as statutory agent for several foreign companies with Singapore branches.
Patricia graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LLB (Hons) degree in 1985 and obtained her LLM from the National University of Singapore in 1989. She was called to the Singapore Bar in 1986 when she joined Allen & Gledhill.
