Pauline Ng is a Partner in Corporate & Commercial. She specialises in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, schemes of reconstruction, amalgamation and corporate restructuring, private equity transactions and also advises on employment issues.

Her recent transactions include advising:

•	Swire Pacific Offshore in its acquisition of assets and business interests of the Salvin Far East group of companies which specialises in marine exploration related resources and logistics;
•	Knowledge Universe Education in its acquisitions of the Learning Vision group and Pat’s Schoolhouse;
•	Avnet in its acquisition of Azure Technologies which is the largest IBM partner in ASEAN; and
•	Interpharma Asia Pacific in its joint venture with Quintiles Transnational Corp. and Temasek Holdings to commercialise pharmaceutical products in the Asia Pacific region.

Pauline graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LLB (Hons) degree in 1994. She was called to the Singapore Bar in 1995. She joined Allen & Gledhill in 1997 and became a Partner in 2000.
