Regina See is a Partner in Corporate & Commercial. Her practice encompasses corporate acquisitions and joint ventures, commercial services including distributorship and manufacturing arrangements, banking law and corporate insolvency and restructuring. She has also advised on hospitality and leisure matters.

Regina was an associate with Allen & Gledhill prior to moving to Beijing in 2004, where she practised for three years, as an associate, separately with two international law firms. She rejoined the Firm in 2007. While in Beijing, Regina's practice focussed primarily on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, PRC-related foreign investment projects and private equity financing.

Regina graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LLB (Hons) degree and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2000. She is also admitted to the Rolls of Solicitors of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
