Song Su-Min is a Partner in Corporate & Commercial. She specialises in single and multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions, domestic and international joint ventures and corporate restructuring, and advises generally on corporate and commercial law.

Her transaction experience in 2007 and 2008 includes advising:

•	Singapore Technologies Telemedia Pte Ltd in the disposal by its subsidiary of its stake in PT Indosat Tbk to Qatar Telecom (Qtel) Q.S.C., for a cash consideration of S$2.4 billion;
•	Drydocks World LLC in its S$2.4 billion voluntary takeover offer for Labroy Marine Limited;
•	Drydocks World LLC in its S$650 million voluntary takeover offer for Pan-United Marine Limited;
•	KKR Asian Fund L.P. in the S$785 million acquisition by its subsidiary of all the shares in Unisteel Technology Limited, by way of a scheme of arrangement;
•	The HSBC Private Equity Fund 6 L.P. in the S$119.6 million voluntary takeover offer for Sing Lun Holdings Limited by its subsidiary; and
•	Affinity Asia Pacific Fund II LP in the S$200 million mandatory takeover offer for First Engineering Limited by its subsidiary.

Su-Min qualified as a barrister-at-law at Middle Temple in 1996 and was called to the Singapore Bar in 1997. She joined Allen & Gledhill in January 1997. In 2003, Su-Min joined Singapore Technologies Telemedia Pte Ltd and worked on its international merger and acquisition activities in the United States and in India. She rejoined the Firm as a Partner in 2006.
