Wendy Tan is a Partner in Corporate Real Estate. Her areas of practice encompass commercial leasing, banking and mortgage finance, real estate finance, direct and indirect property acquisitions and regional investments.
Wendy graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LLB (Hons) degree and was called to the Singapore Bar in 1991. Wendy was previously a Partner with the Real Estate and Corporate departments of Allen & Gledhill before becoming corporate counsel with Chevron Corporation’s downstream organisation in 1999. Prior to re-joining Allen & Gledhill LLP in 2007, Wendy was in-house regional counsel with General Electric and Dell, Inc. respectively.
