Wong Sook Ping is a Partner in Financial Services. Her practice encompasses equity capital markets and corporate advisory work for companies listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.

Recent transactions in which she has been involved include:
 
•

the proposed initial public offering of Arcapita Utility Trust (sponsored by Arcapita Bank) in 2007;
•

the offering of Class B non-cumulative non-convertible preference shares by OCBC Bank in 2008; and
•

the offering of non-cumulative non-convertible guaranteed preference shares by OCBC Capital Corporation (2008) in 2008.
 

Prior to joining Allen & Gledhill, Sook Ping was with the Singapore Legal Service and her last appointment was as a Magistrate and Deputy Registrar of the Subordinate Courts of Singapore.

Sook Ping graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LLB (Hons) degree in 2001. She was called to the Singapore Bar in 2007 and joined Allen & Gledhill the same year.
