Alexander’s practice encompasses negotiating, drafting documentation for and advising on commercial transactions and arrangements. He specialises in matters which relate to intellectual property, information technology and the protection and management of data, such as IT and business process outsourcing, trade mark and patent assignments and licences, software licensing and systems development, e-commerce/internet banking, research/development collaborations and franchising.

Apart from being involved in several ground-breaking projects of national scope, Alexander has also worked closely with leading law firms outside Singapore to assist clients with their international or regional business objectives.

Alexander graduated from the University of Oxford with a BA in Jurisprudence. He was called to the Singapore Bar in 2006 when he joined Allen & Gledhill and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales in 2009.
