Yap Lune Teng has been a Partner in Corporate & Commercial since 1997. Her principal area of practice is corporate law, particularly in the areas of corporate regulatory, governance and compliance for listed and unlisted companies. She regularly advises on employee incentive schemes, scrip dividend schemes, share repurchases, disclosure requirements for substantial shareholders and directors, and other corporate matters.

Lune Teng graduated with an LLB (Hons) from the University of Bristol and qualified as a Barrister-at-Law at Gray’s Inn. She was called to the Singapore Bar in 1991 and joined Allen & Gledhill in the same year.
