The Intellectual Property & Technology (IP&T) group advises on a broad range of intellectual property matters in relation to fields as diverse as biotechnology, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, computers, software, media and entertainment. We undertake the full range of enforcement, management and transactional matters.

Our enforcement work includes advising, prosecuting and defending our clients’ IP rights, including making urgent court applications for injunctions and search and seizure orders.
