Proposed joint venture in the manufacturing and distribution of whisky in Myanmar
Allen & Gledhill advised U Htun Win and U Zaw Win (the “Win Brothers”) on their proposed joint venture with Pernod Ricard, Yoma Strategic and Delta Capital for the production and distribution of whisky in Myanmar.
Advising the Win Brothers were Managing Director Minn Naing Oo and Director Oh Hsiu-Hau from the Myanmar office of Allen & Gledhill as well as Partners Tan Wee Meng and Alexander Yap from the Singapore office of Allen & Gledhill.
