Our corporate real estate experience in the region spans the entire range of transactions and the different stages of a property development life cycle, and we are attuned to the many and varied issues that may arise.  In Myanmar, we have been involved extensively in the real estate sector and have advised on a variety of deals including joint ventures involving both private and government entities, asset and property management, financing, and disposal to third parties. In particular, we have advised on a number of pioneering deals, including the first condominium project involving a foreign developer to be given Myanmar Investment Commission approval.

Our services include structuring, drafting, negotiating and advising on a broad range of real estate transactions including acquisitions and divestments, financing, property development, planning and regulatory requirements, as well as large scale built-to-suit development projects and commercial leasing.
