Phan Vinh Nhan is a Partner at Allen & Gledhill (Vietnam). His areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, private equity, banking and finance, capital markets, and corporate and commercial.

Nhan has considerable experience advising companies across a wide range of industries, including banking and financial services, real estate, energy, pharmaceutical and fintech. He also regularly represents banks, private equity firms, strategic corporate investors and venture capital funds in transactions involving acquisitions, financing and other transactional matters.

Since 2018, Nhan has been recognised by IFLR1000 as a Notable Practitioner for Banking & Finance, Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions. He also co-authored the Vietnam Chapter of The Legal 500: Private Equity 2nd Edition Country Comparative Guide, 2020.

Prior to joining our Firm, Nhan was a Partner with a Vietnamese law firm. Nhan graduated from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law in 2003 and obtained a Master of Laws from the University of California, Berkeley in 2018. He was called to the Ho Chi Minh Bar in 2009.
