She has substantial experience in advising private equity firms on their take-private transactions, and companies in their venture capital fund raisings.

Work Highlights
- Acted for Neptune Orient Lines (“NOL”) on the US$2.4 billion pre-conditional voluntary conditional cash offer made for and on behalf of CMA CGM, to acquire all the shares in NOL.
- Acted for KKR China Water Investment (“KKR”), an affiliate of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, in the S$1.9 billion pre-conditional voluntary conditional offer by an entity jointly owned by KKR and CITIC Environment, to acquire all the shares in United Envirotech.
- Acted for Singapore Technologies Telemedia in its acquisition of 74 per cent. stake in Tata Communications’ data centre business in Singapore.
