胡植惠律师是安盛越南的管理合伙人。他专门从事新加坡以及东南亚地区（尤其是越南和缅甸）的兼并与收购（包括股份收购和企业收购）、合资企业及私募股权交易。他于2008年在越南工作了一年，在赴越南任职之前，他曾在缅甸工作了四年。

Hsiu-Hau is the Managing Partner of Allen & Gledhill (Vietnam). He specialises in mergers and acquisitions (both by way of acquisition of shares and acquisition of businesses), joint ventures and private equity transactions, in Singapore as well as in the South-east Asian region, particularly in Vietnam and Myanmar. He spent a year in Vietnam in 2008 and was based in Myanmar for four years prior to taking up his role in Vietnam.

胡律师同时担任安盛新加坡及缅甸办公室合伙人。他还担任本所缅甸办公室兼并与收购业务主管。Hsiu-Hau 在跨境交易，尤其是涉及该地区新兴市场的交易方面拥有丰富的咨询经验，并熟悉各方在此类市场交易时遇到的法律和实操问题。在越南市场，Hsiu-Hau参与了涵盖房地产、物流、教育、医疗保健、制药、制造业、食品饮料及能源等多领域的重大项目和并购交易。

Hsiu-Hau is concurrently a Partner of Allen & Gledhill and a Director of Allen & Gledhill (Myanmar). He also heads up the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice at the Myanmar office. Hsiu-Hau has extensive experience advising on cross-border transactions, especially on transactions involving the emerging markets in the region, and is familiar with the legal and practical issues parties encounter when dealing in such markets. In Vietnam, Hsiu-Hau has been involved in a number of major projects and M&A transactions over a wide range of industries such as real estate, logistics, education, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, food and beverage and energy.

胡律师毕业于新加坡国立大学，获法学学士（荣誉）学位。他于2001年加入安盛，自2007年起成为合伙人。胡律师服务过的客户包括大型企业、主权基金、投资银行和私募股权机构。

Hsiu-Hau graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LL.B. (Hons) degree. He joined Allen & Gledhill in 2001 and has been a partner since 2007. Clients whom Hsiu-Hau has advised include major corporates, sovereign funds, investment banks and private equity houses.
