Associate (Shanghai office)

Requirements

申请要求

  • A Singapore law degree

新加坡法律学历

  • Singapore-qualified

取得新加坡执业律师执照

  • At least 1 to 3 years’ PQE with a focus on corporate & commercial, M&A, employment, and/or regulatory and compliance work

拥有至少1-3 年的律师执业工作经验，专注于企业与商业、兼并与收购、劳动和/或监管与合规工作

  • Experience working with Chinese clients and Chinese matters

拥有服务中国客户和中国事务的工作经验

  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese

中英文听说读写流利

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

良好的沟通和人际交往能力

  • Independent worker who is able to work well within a cross-cultural team

能够在跨文化的团队中独立及良好地工作

  • Responsive and able to multi-task and work within a team to carry out tasks efficiently and successfully in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
