Myanmar Directorate of Investment and Company Administration issues sample application forms for registration and re-registration of companies

On 4 May 2018, the Myanmar Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (“DICA”) released draft sample forms for registration and re-registration of companies. The forms will enable the Companies Registry to collect company information to be submitted to the Companies Registrar further to the Myanmar Companies Law which is expected to come into force on 1 August 2018.
