Established in 1902, Allen & Gledhill has grown from a colonial partnership of two in Singapore to become one of the largest and leading law firms in the region, with a notable and increasing presence in Asia.

In October 2020, Allen & Gledhill (Vietnam) was established to further expand our regional network of firms. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, our office in Vietnam is fully licensed to provide Vietnam legal advice and issue Vietnam legal opinions, covering all major practice areas including Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, Corporate & Commercial, Corporate Real Estate, Energy, Infrastructure & Projects and Mergers & Acquisitions.

As a regional network, we act extensively in cross-border transactions involving or relating to Vietnam. The establishment of Allen & Gledhill (Vietnam) enhances our capabilities and efficiencies.

With a team comprising senior Vietnamese lawyers familiar with the business environment, laws and practices of Vietnam, as well as foreign qualified lawyers with expertise and experience in cross-border transactions, Allen & Gledhill (Vietnam) is supported by the network and resources of Allen & Gledhill, placing us in an ideal position to combine sound local knowledge with regional capabilities and international best practices to provide value-added advice and unparalleled service to our clients.
