Jiawei has experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and has acted for publicly listed entities, private entities and private equity firms across a variety of industries. He also advises regularly on domestic and cross-border joint ventures, schemes of arrangements and privatisations in Singapore.
赵律师毕业于新加坡国立大学，获法学学士（荣誉）学位。在安盛工作期间，赵律师曾被借调到位于纽约的苏利文·克伦威尔律师事务所（Sullivan & Cromwell LLP）担任访问律师。
Jiawei graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LL.B. (Hons) degree. During his time at Allen & Gledhill, Jiawei undertook a secondment as a Visiting Lawyer at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York.

Ltd., in relation to the redevelopment of AXA Tower, a 50-storey landmark Grade ‘A’ office development with a retail podium sited within Singapore’s Central Business District.
