Agreement between AYA Financial Group and AIA Company Limited to establish a partnership to conduct a life insurance venture
Allen & Gledhill advised AYA Financial Group (“AFG”), as transaction counsel, on the agreement between AFG and AIA Company Limited (“AIA”) to establish a partnership to conduct a life insurance venture (“Agreement”).
Under the Agreement, AFG will partner with AIA to offer life, health and wellness insurance offerings to AFG’s extensive retail customer and business partner ecosystem in Myanmar.
Advising AFG was Director Oh Hsiu-Hau from the Myanmar office of Allen & Gledhill.
