This has caused great uncertainty and unprecedented disruptions to businesses in Singapore and around the world. Without a doubt, Covid-19 is expected to result in a significant impact on the Singapore and global economy. This article explores some legal issues arising from the outbreak and considers how businesses can effectively respond in this challenging new environment.
