Mei Ann’s areas of practice include acquisitions and divestments of real estate interests (shares or assets), sale and leaseback transactions, built-to-suit facilities as well as commercial and industrial leases for anchor tenants. Her clients include financial institutions, private and public companies and multinational corporations.

Mei Ann graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LL.B. (Hons) degree in 1994. She was called to the Singapore Bar in 1995.
