Subscription of shares by MJR Investment Pte. Ltd. in Omodaka VNSC3 Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Keppel Land (Saigon Centre) Limited (“KLSC”) on the issuance of shares to MJR Investment Pte. Ltd. in Omodaka VNSC3 Pte. Ltd. (“Omodaka”), which holds an indirect interest in the Saigon Centre Phase 3 development. Omodaka and KLSC are all part of the Keppel group of companies.
