Delwin is a dual qualified Partner (advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and solicitor of England and Wales) and his areas of practice include debt capital markets as well as banking and finance.
Delwin has experience advising corporations, financial institutions and trustees on a range of debt capital market transactions, including programme establishments and updates, offerings of notes and perpetual securities, liability management exercises, covered bonds as well as asset securitisations.
Delwin also has experience in banking transactions, having advised both borrowers and lenders in complex and high-value transactions, including bilateral facilities, loan syndications, en-bloc financings and acquisition financings.
As an associate, Delwin was recognised as a “Rising Star” and a “next generation lawyer” in The Legal 500 Asia Pacific (Capital Markets in Singapore).
Delwin graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LL.B. (First Class Honours) degree with several academic awards and holds an LL.M. (International Legal Studies) degree from the New York University School of Law. He joined Allen & Gledhill after he was called to the Singapore Bar in 2014.
