Adon Tan
Counsel
Adon is a Counsel in the Corporate Real Estate Practice. His practice focuses on real estate acquisitions and divestments, collective sale transactions, commercial and industrial redevelopment projects, and real estate financing. He regularly acts for publicly listed developers, multinational corporations, private property groups, joint venture consortiums and REIT managers in the acquisition, development, financing and sale of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects, including major Government Land Sale sites.
Adon also advises on collective sale processes, asset enhancement and redevelopment strategies, and has experience advising syndicates of banks in real estate financing mandates. His work further extends to advising statutory boards on land transactions and project development documentation.
In addition to practice, Adon has served as Associate Faculty at the Singapore University of Social Sciences since 2020, and has tutored the Principles of Law for Real Estate module at the National University of Singapore, School of Business from 2021 to 2022.

- Acted for property developers in the development of sale of numerous development projects in Singapore, including complex mixed-use development sites such as Sengkang Grand Residences, CanningHill Piers, and Parktown Residence
- Advised major developers and REIT managers in their asset enhancement initiatives and redevelopment projects involving their existing property portfolio
- Acted for the manager of Parkway Life REIT in the renewal of master lease agreements for Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Gleneagles Hospital and Parkway East Hospital, and the renewal capital expenditure agreement
