Darren is a Counsel in the Firm’s Energy, Infrastructure & Projects Practice. He regularly advises clients on transactional, regulatory and project development matters and issues across a broad range of industries, including the gas, energy, telecommunications, media, utilities and transportation sectors.

Darren’s experience includes advising on gas, electricity and utilities supply and offtake arrangements, renewable energy and energy transition projects (including virtual and physical power purchase arrangements, and transactions involving environmental attributes such as carbon credits and renewable energy certificates), concession arrangements, operation and maintenance arrangements, facilities management arrangements, and energy and telecommunication regulatory matters.

In addition, Darren also frequently advises on a wide range of general corporate and commercial matters, including business establishment, employment, outsourcing, procurement of goods and services, equipment leasing, warehousing and logistics services, agency and distribution and other commercial service arrangements.
