Yeo You Wei

Youwei is a Counsel in Allen & Gledhill and his areas of practice include debt capital markets and banking and finance.

Youwei has experience advising issuers, banks and trustees on a wide range of debt capital market transactions including programme establishments and updates, offerings of notes and perpetual securities, liability management exercises, covered bonds and asset securitisations.

He also has experience in banking and finance transactions, having acted for both borrowers and lenders on bilateral and syndicated facilities, development financings, acquisition financings, IPO financings and onshore-offshore financings.

Youwei graduated from the University of Bristol with First Class Honours and joined the Firm in 2018 after he was called to the Singapore Bar.
