Lauren’s areas of practice encompass mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, hotel management agreements and private equity deals. Lauren also provides general corporate law advice.

She has advised publicly listed companies, privately held companies and private equity firms across a broad spectrum of industries in a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions including share and business transfers and public takeovers. She has also advised on high value and complex joint ventures involving multinational companies.

Lauren graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2005 with an LL.B. (Hons) degree. She joined Allen & Gledhill in 2008 and has been a Partner since 2013.

Work Highlights

• Advised Temasek in the merger of Temasek units, Surbana International Consultants and Singbridge Group with JTC subsidiaries, Ascendas and Jurong International to create a single platform worth S$5 billion which is one of Asia’s largest integrated urban solutions providers.
• Advised Temasek on its joint venture with Khazanah Nasional to develop land parcels in Singapore and undertake projects in Iskandar Malaysia in Johor through joint venture companies M+S and Pulau Indah Ventures.
