12 January 2026
Allen & Gledhill Partner Christine Tee and Legal Trainee Joel Tan Yuan Hong contributed the 2025 update to the Discrimination and Harassment (Singapore) practice note for Practical Law. The practice note addresses the effect of the Workplace Fairness Act 2025 and the Protection from Harassment Act 2014 on key issues concerning employment anti-discrimination and anti-harassment laws in Singapore. The issues considered include types of discrimination and prohibited conduct, protected characteristics, employer obligations, complaint mechanisms, penalties, and liabilities.
Christine Tee also contributed the Singapore content to the quick compare chart on Investigative Interviews in the Workplace. The quick compare chart sets out requirements and best practices for workplace investigative interviews. The quick compare chart, which is available to subscribers, allows researchers to quickly discover, review, and compare information across multiple jurisdictions in a user-friendly visual format.
