US$45.6 million acquisition of a majority interest in American International Hospital by Scotts Capital Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill (Vietnam), as transaction counsel, advised Scotts Capital Pte. Ltd. (“Scotts Capital”), a subsidiary of Raffles Medical Group Ltd., on its strategic partnership with My My Trading – Services Company, for the US$45.6 million acquisition of a majority interest in American International Hospital.
