Acquisition of a 65% stake in Vietnam solar wafer plant by OCI Holdings
Allen & Gledhill (Vietnam), as transaction counsel, advised OCI TerraSus SDN. BHD. (“OCI TRS”), a subsidiary of OCI Holdings, through its Singapore-based special purpose vehicle, OCI ONE, on the acquisition of a 65% controlling stake in a 2.7 GW solar wafer plant under construction in Vietnam.
