Daryl’s practice focuses on commercial and corporate disputes. His experience includes advising on and acting in shareholders’ disputes, complex property and contract claims, employment disputes and trust disputes. He has also advised clients on regulatory and risk management issues, and in the conduct of corporate investigations.

Prior to joining Allen & Gledhill, Daryl served as a Justices’ Law Clerk to the Chief Justice and Judges of the Supreme Court of Singapore.

Daryl graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LL.B. (Hons) degree (First Class) in 2012 and was awarded several academic prizes including the Adrian Clark Memorial Medal. He was the top candidate in the Singapore Bar Examinations in 2012. He also holds a B.C.L. (Distinction) from the University of Oxford and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School where he attended on a Fulbright Scholarship.

In addition to his professional practice, Daryl regularly publishes in peer-reviewed Singapore and international law journals on a range of subjects, from commercial and corporate law, civil procedure, to the legal profession.
