Daselin’s areas of expertise include debt capital markets, securitisations and banking and finance.

Daselin has substantial experience advising issuers (including local and overseas corporations and Singapore statutory boards), arrangers/dealers and trustees on listed and unlisted debt offerings (including retail offerings in Singapore) and the establishment of medium term note programmes, as well as consent solicitations and bond redemptions. She has also worked on a number of high-profile asset securitisations.

Daselin also has considerable banking experience, having advised both borrowers and lenders on bilateral facilities, loan syndications, banking and acquisition and project financing.

Daselin graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2004 with an LL.B. (Hons) degree. She was called to the Singapore Bar and joined Allen & Gledhill in 2005. She is currently a non-practising solicitor of England and Wales, having been admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales in 2008.
