Kangxin’s areas of practice encompass debt capital markets and banking.

She has extensive experience acting for both issuers and banks on a wide range of debt capital markets transactions spanning programme establishments, offerings of notes and perpetual securities, retail offerings, liability management and securitisations. She also has substantial experience in banking transactions, having represented both borrowers and lenders in complex and high-value transactions, including IPO financing, profit participation securities financing, onshore-offshore financing and development financing.

Kangxin graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LL.B. (Hons) degree and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2006 when she joined Allen & Gledhill and has been a Partner since 2012.

Work Highlights

• Acted as counsel to the offshore lenders in the grant of onshore-offshore facilities to Dasin Retail Trust in connection with its IPO. 
• Acted for Frasers Centrepoint Limited in its issue of S$500 million retail bonds.
• Acted for the lenders in various financings granted in connection with the issue by City Developments Limited of various tranches of profit participation securities.
