- Acted for City Developments on the S$800 million facilities arranged by Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation to finance the general offer for the Millennium & Copthorne Hotels Group.
- Acted for Frasers Property on the first syndicated ‘green loan’ in Singapore, being the S$1.2 billion facilities arranged by BNP Paribas, DBS Bank, ING Bank, Maybank, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation and United Overseas Bank to finance the development of Frasers Tower, Singapore.
