Merger notification to the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore in relation to the proposed joint venture by EQT Fund Management S.à r.l. and Widex Holding A/S
Allen & Gledhill advised EQT Fund Management S.à r.l. (“EQT”) and Widex Holding A/S (“Widex Holding”) and their respective subsidiaries Sivantos Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) (“Sivantos”) and Widex A/S (“Widex”), as antitrust counsel and joint representative in respect of their merger clearance application to the Competition & Consumer Commission of Singapore (“CCCS”). The transaction values the combined entity at an enterprise value of more than EUR 7 billion.
