Issue of HK$1.45 billion notes by HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited (in its capacity of Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust)
Allen & Gledhill advised HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited (in its capacity as trustee of Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust (“A-REIT”)) (“HSBC Institutional Trust”) and Ascendas Funds Management (S) Limited (in its capacity as manager of A-REIT) (“Ascendas Funds Management”), on the issue of HK$1.45 billion 3.57 per cent. notes due 2029 under the S$5 billion multicurrency medium term note programme established by HSBC Institutional Trust.
