S$400 million loan facilities to Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust
Allen & Gledhill advised ARA Trust Management (Suntec) Limited (“ARA Trust Management”), as manager of Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust (“Suntec REIT”), on the S$400 million loan facilities to HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited, in its capacity as trustee of Suntec REIT.
The proceeds of the facilities were to refinance its existing borrowings and for general working capital purposes.
