S$2.11 billion syndicated loan facilities to Senoko Energy Pte. Ltd.

Allen & Gledhill advised Senoko Energy Pte. Ltd. (“Senoko”) on the S$2.11 billion syndicated loan facilities to refinance its indebtedness under its existing loan facilities.
