S$395 million divestment of 7 and 9 Tampines Grande, Singapore by Alpha Asia Macro Trends Fund II and City Developments Limited
Allen & Gledhill advised Alpha Asia Macro Trends Fund II (“Alpha Fund”) (a fund managed by Alpha Investment Partners Limited, the private fund management arm of Keppel Capital Holdings Pte. Ltd.) and City Developments Limited (“CDL”), as transaction counsel, on the S$395 million divestment of the commercial property at 7 and 9 Tampines Grande, Singapore.
