Investments in Singapore Life
Allen & Gledhill advised Singapore Life Pte. Ltd. (“SingLife”), a FinTech company with an insurance and wealth focus, as transaction counsel, on Sumitomo Life Insurance Company’s investment of US$90 million, Aberdeen Asset Management PLC’s investment of US$13 million and Aflac Incorporated’s investment of US$20 million, respectively, in SingLife.
