Issue of S$800 million notes by CapitaLand Treasury Limited
Allen & Gledhill advised CapitaLand Treasury Limited (“CapitaLand Treasury”) and CapitaLand Limited (“CapitaLand”) on the issue of S$800 million 3.15 per cent. notes due 2029 (the “Notes”) under their S$5 billion Euro medium term note programme (the “Programme”).
CapitaLand is the guarantor for the Notes.
